Only what you do for Christ will last.

Abundant Life

Are you fulfilled?

Do you feel as if you have made a mess of your life?

Have you been able to achieve your desired results?

Do you have a peace that surpasses all understanding?

Is Jesus the Lord of your life?

Every one of us come to a crossroad....there is a moment where we have to take an honest assessment of our life. Who we are and what we are doing? We have to ask ourself is God pleased with me...if we were to die today and find ourselves before God the Father what would we have to say? Where would we spend eternity?

I want you to know that there is abundant life in Christ. God has something wonderful in store for you and that is abundant life right now and beyond the grave. However, it requires that you acknowledge that you need Him.....want Him to chart your course. God is a perfect gentlemen. HE does not force us to accept Him. HE has given us free will. We have to give Him permission to become involved in our lives. HE stands close to our hearts, whispering His will for us in our ears, yet it is up to us to listen, receive and obey.

This is the most important thing I will ever say. This is the most important message I will ever declare. God loves you and He wants to make you His.

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Roman 10:9

Salvation is a gift from God that is made readily available to all of us. To receive salvation we must do what is written in Romans 10:9-10, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt beleive in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart of man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation". Acts 16:31 records these words, "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.  This gift cannot be earned through good deeds or by simply being a "good person". What is good is subjective. What is good to one man may be bad to another. What is considered good in one country, may be bad in another. Being "good" by anyones standards is not enough. God plainly laid out the plan for salvation. It is not up for debate and it is a matter of faith. The gospel also offers you a promise, to save you from the penalty of sin; we must believe it.

What must you do to complete your salvation?

1. You must admit that you are a sinner.

2. You must repent of your sins.

3. You must confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

There is a prayer you can pray right now...
Lord, I admit that I have sinned and made myself unclean before you. I understand that I deserve death as the penalty for my sins, and I believe that Jesus Christ paid this price for my sins with the Blood He shed on Calvary. I want to turn away from my life-style of selfishness; I repent. Lord, I am sorry. Please forgive me. I confess Jesus Christ as my Savior and I put Him in control of my life as my Lord. This day, I desire to live a life that is pleasing to You. I give up. I surrender. I am no longer in control. I give myself to You. I welcome you to teach me, I embrace Your love. I do not know what to do or where to go from here but I believe now You are with me. Reveal Your voice to me. Show me Your way. I will go where You tell me to go and I will do what You tell me to do. I now belong to You......in Jesus name,
